Manage team members and control access to your organization.

Roles

• Owner — Full access. Can invite/remove members, change roles, manage billing, delete the organization (GDPR).
• Member — Can view all data, create alerts, use AI, and manage their own settings. Cannot invite others or change billing.

Inviting Members

Go to Dashboard → Team. Enter the email of an existing GoodLogs user and click Invite. They'll immediately see the shared organization in their dashboard.

The invited user must already have a GoodLogs account. Self-signup invites (email-only, no account required) are coming soon.

Removing Members

Owners can remove any member. Members can remove themselves (leave the org). The last owner cannot be removed — transfer ownership first by promoting another member.

Plan Limits

• Free: Unlimited members (all plans)
• No per-seat pricing — invite your whole team at no extra cost
