1. Service

GoodLogs provides developer analytics, structured logging, and AI-powered debugging as a cloud service ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you send to GoodLogs. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Send malicious or intentionally harmful data
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer the Service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. Prices are in USD. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Free Tier

The free plan is provided as-is with no SLA. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans but do not guarantee it. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or consequential damages.

8. AI Features

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes. They may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on AI output for critical production decisions without verification.

9. Termination

You can delete your account and data at any time via the GDPR deletion endpoint. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
